This four-week course brings together Therapeutic Writing with Nonfiction and Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. This combination of techniques and tools helps with writer's block as participants dive deep into their emotions when writing. It teaches you to journal to the Self to unravel your Creative Self, as well as shows therapeutic techniques that help rewire your brain and surpass blocks, as well as guides you in Kundalini Meditations to enhance your creativity and power to be yourself in your writing. It also gives nonfiction writing prompts to guide you all along.
